Temporary Closure of Studio Rejuvenate

Update 05/15/2020 -

We are one step closer to reopening!! The Governor has lifted the restrictions for our business effective 05/18. That completes the first step in our reopening process. We are currently reviewing the reopening guidance provided by the LLR (our licensing body) and have been in contact with OSHA and others to navigate the necessary steps to reopen safely. We have ordered requisite equipment and supplies, and planned changes in our procedures and processes. Our goal and intention at this point is to reopen on Monday, June 1! 

There will be some changes involving clients and we will update this when it is finalized, and send an email. Of importance to note is that clients will be required to wear masks before and after their massage, so be sure to be wearing yours upon arrival. We will conduct a screening PRIOR to your entering the building including a temperature scan and a few questions. If you are at all ill or not feeling well, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your massage. Please be understanding of us if we must cancel your massage because a therapist does not feel well, as they are not allowed to work in this circumstance. Our utmost concern is safety for all of us!

Update 05/10/2020 - 

Hello to all of our clients. We hope that you are doing as well as possible in these trying times. We have heard from so many of you who are eager to resume your massages! We are also eager to resume! Here is some information on our reopening plans:
 
1. We are currently unable to provide any massage services (including outcall massages to your home) by Executive Order from the Governor of SC. The first step toward opening will be the removal of this order.
 
2. We were notified this week by the licensing board that they are working with authorities (including SC OSHA) to determine appropriate strategies for reopening our type of services. They have not released any additional information about this and no details were included. When these are finalized we will need to evaluate what steps we need to take to carry out these activities and implement them at our studio.
 
3. Because our first priority is to the safety and well-being of you, your family and contacts, as well as our therapists and their families and contacts, we must also feel confident that we are able to provide services safely. 
 
We will reopen when we can meet the three criteria outlined above. We hope this is soon, but we certainly acknowledge that the timeline is currently unknown. We will cancel the remaining appointments for May and will allow bookings for June 1 and beyond at this time. We appreciate your patience, loyalty, and support during this difficult time. We love and miss you!!

Update 04/24/2020 - We are still unable to reopen at this time. We are as anxious to return as you are, but everyone's safety and health is of critical importance to us.  You are welcome to request open appointments, and we will hope for the best. As of today we will cancel appointments til May 15, and continue to monitor the situation.  As always, wishing you much health and happiness!!

Update 03/31/2020 - Our temporary closure must be extended for an as of yet undetermined amount of time. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Updates will be posted here. We are as eager to return to providing services as you are to receive them! Wishing you much health and happiness!

 

We have made the difficult decision to temporarily close Studio Rejuvenate due to concerns about the coronavirus from Monday, March 23 to Sunday, April 4 (inclusive). We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

To answer some questions you may have:

 

Q: What about my membership?

A: All current memberships will be extended by the same amount of time as our closure.

 

Q: What about my birthday massage?

A: The allowable month for your birthday massage will also be extended if your birth month is during our closure?

 

Q: Will my gift card or gift certificate expire?

A: Our regular gift cards and gift certificates have no expiration date.
